Daybreak partials represent defined business segments for trading and provide no separate voting rights over those businesses. Complete sets redeem for the underlying tokenized equity, subject to applicable fees. The underlying token’s provider determines its holder rights and redemption terms. Partials are risky investments; may result in total loss; have no guaranteed secondary-market liquidity; are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or issued by referenced companies; are not available in the U.S., to U.S. persons, or to other ineligible persons. How it stays honest

A complete set, one underlying tokenRedemption connects the combined value of all segments to the underlying equity token. Each segment’s relative price is still determined by trading.
Premium? Mint and sell. When the set trades above the equity token by enough to cover costs, traders can mint a set and sell its components.
Discount? Buy and redeem. When the set costs less than the equity token, traders can buy every component and redeem. Fees, liquidity, and execution risk determine whether the trade is worthwhile.
Arbitrage, open to anyoneAnyone can participate through the protocol. There are no recurring funding payments, and price convergence is not guaranteed. Interface availability varies by region.
What do I receive after fees? For example, a 1% mint fee deducted from a deposit of one equity token leaves 0.99 to mint 99 tokens of each segment. Fees are set per set; check the widget’s actual net output.
Can I exit just one segment?Assisted redemption uses a flash loan to buy the missing segments and redeem a complete set in one transaction. You receive the underlying equity tokens left after repayment and costs. Execution depends on liquidity and prices.
Do I receive a brokerage share?Daybreak returns the underlying tokenized equity. Converting that token into securities or cash is a separate process governed by its provider’s terms and eligibility requirements.
